Yes, paying your invoices via our internet portal is safe. If you look on your address bar you will see a green lock making it secure for all your transaction needs.
How long before my payment is posted to my account?
For the most part charges are posted to your account instantly. In the event that a charge does not appear on your credit card statement, please allow 24 hours for processing.
Will my credit card information be saved?
No, it is your decision if you want to leave your credit card information on our system. Simply click or un-click the save card information option.
What are the hours of operation for online billing payment?

Can I view my account history?
Yes, you can manage your account, print invoices, e-mail invoices and make a payment.
Why isn't my credit card working?
Make sure that when you submit your credit card you also provide your billing address to where the credit card statement is mailed to. You can call or e-mail the billing help desk at 732-692-2487 or email@example.com.
Where can I get a Paid receipt for my payment?
If you need a paid receipt please email the billing help desk at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get one to you.
Can I rent a porta potty for just one day?
Yes. Our temporary restrooms can be rented for both short-term and long-term durations. Feel free to reach out to a Mr. John sales representative for more information/product options.
How many porta potties will I need for my event?

How far in advance do I need to reserve a portable toilet?
At a minimum it is best to place your order for portable toilet service at least two (2) business days in advance of delivery. For large special events or construction projects, a week or more lead time is advisable. For urgent needs we are often able to deliver temporary restroom equipment the same day for an extra delivery charge. Where can you place my porta potty?
We will place your temporary restroom at your event or on your job site per your instruction. We will make every reasonable attempt to accommodate your desired placement location. However, we will relocate the restroom or notify you if it becomes necessary so that is readily accessible for service. This ensures that our employees and equipment are not in danger or at risk.
Can you provide an attendant for my event?
If your event requires the continuous attention of an experienced restroom attendant, count on Mr. John to tend to all the details. Our trained valet will guarantee the smooth operation of your facilities by ensuring paper products are fully stocked, basins are continuously wiped clean, trash cans are emptied and guests are greeted. At the end of the event, your Mr. John Valet will ensure the restroom is properly closed down, secure and ready for removal.
What does service of temporary restrooms include?
Service includes evacuating the wastewater from the holding tank, recharging the restroom with deodorizer, interior sanitation of the walls/urinal and restocking of supplies including two toilet paper rolls and water/soap/paper towels deluxe temporary restrooms.
Does a portable restroom on my construction site really cut down on expenses and time?
By providing a portable restroom on your job site you can reduce the distance employees must travel to use a restroom, as well as the time employees must spend searching for an alternative facility because no close restroom has been provided. Am I required to have a portable toilet on my job site?
Most municipal ordinances specifically spell out the requirement of a portable toilet on a construction site. In addition, OSHA requires a portable toilet on a construction site under the Safety and Health Regulations for a Construction (1923.51 (c) (1), 1926.51 (c) (3), (I), (ii), (iii), (iv) ).

What is the ``damage waiver``
Mr. John offers a damage waiver program as an additional service offering for construction, seasonal, and long-term clients. The damage waiver is designed to protect customers against additional charges incurred for the accidental damage and/or theft of our temporary restroom equipment* during the rental period. This valuable service can be obtained for a small fraction of the rental fee.

Are they self contained units?
Yes, they are. There is no power or water necessary.
Can the porta potties be put inside?
If it is an open warehouse space, yes.
We will need them places within 30 feet of where the truck can park.
What supplies come in the porta potty?
Restrooms will be fully stocked with toilet paper, paper towels and soap (if applicable).
How much space will you need to get in my backyard?
We need a minimum of 4 feet of width for the Standard and Maxims. The High Techs need 4.5 feet of width. They need to be placed within 30 feet of where the truck can access them.
