The June 9-15, 2008 premiere golf event which took place at Torrey Pines Golf Course marks only the second time in the event’s storied 113-year history that this national golf championship will be played in Southern California, and the first in San Diego County. It also marks Tiger Wood’s first event after his recent knee surgery; one in which he will be focused on winning the 14th major of his career.

Mr. John partnered with California-based Diamond Environmental Services to supply and service an array of pristine, restroom-related equipment that were dotted unobtrusively throughout the beautiful golf course, amid its panoramic coastline views and majestic Torrey Pines. 

According to Diamond owner, Eric de Jong, 560 temporary restrooms, 35 wheelchair-accessible restrooms, 43 VIP restroom trailers and a host of other products were serviced each day. The equipment accommodated spectators, media, celebrities and others.  Janitorial staff maintained the units throughout the day and full servicing took place overnight from 9pm-6am throughout the event. The task was monumental, especially during the Thursday-Sunday finale, which attracted 50,000+ spectators each day.
