Community Involvement

Mr. John is currently at work on some 20 different Habitat For Humanity job sites, from Long Island through New York City, out to the Lehigh Valley, down to Philly and Burlington County and all points between.  Mr. John provides the restrooms for all Habitat job sites free of charge.  Click here to read more about our involvment with Habibtat for Humanity.

Some notable work is taking place at the Raritan Valley Habitat For Humanity job site at Southside Ave. in Bridgewater, NJ.  This is a complex project which comprises of a nine home subdivision. Significant site preparation is needed for projects like this, including constructing  a road along with all the necessary utilities.  While there are many different types of Habitat For Humanity homes being built every day, big and small, each and every one has one thing in common – they all require support from people just like you. 

No matter where you live, there is a Habitat chapter near you!  During times of economic growth, it’s a little easier to give to charities, however it is in times of distress when people need the most help.  While many are not in a position to give financially, Habitat For Humanity is always looking for people to donate their time and skills to help build houses for those in need.

So take a look at the Habitat web sites.  Browse around at the projects going on near you.  If you decide to participate, you may run in to Mr. John on the job site!
