OSHA construction sanitation standards indicate absolute minimums for job site sanitation requirements (see www.OSHA.gov).   Important considerations for the number of types of units vary, depending the size and scope of your project and employee needs.  Some factors include:

• Sanitation: Temporary restrooms protect the health and safety of employees and the environment.
• Time:  Cost of providing temporary restrooms vs. time lost while employees leave for off-site facilities.
• Size: Large scale projects may require multiple units located at a closer proximity to workers.
• Visibility: Clean, quality units improve the image of your company and site during construction.
